Dave Walker has served on the Board since 1997, advancing through various committee assignments, serving as 2nd Vice President and 1st Vice President and Program Committee Chairman. The Society has benefited from his extensive business experience in sales, transportation and program management.

His waterfront affiliations range from employment with American Mail Line to recent service as national commodore of the Classic Yacht Association and owner of the 104 year old tug Wallace Foss. The Classic Yacht Association is an organization of collectors, restorers and skippers of classic power yachts and boats (1942 and earlier).
